Join us for a 60-minute Slow & Energised Yoga Flow session with Lala, hosted at the PoA Glass Box Studio on the second floor. This class welcomes all levels, including beginners, and combines slow flow with vinyasa techniques. You'll start with gentle stretches and mindful movement, gradually transitioning into a soft, revitalising flow that strengthens the body and calms the mind. After the session, feel free to stay and enjoy all the facilities Dip has to offer.
