Website hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on AWS Amplify. Like most hosting services, it may process technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and security events. We use limited operational logs to keep the service secure, reliable and available.
Sessions, plans and media
Public session and plan information is supplied by RocketFeast. These read-only catalogue responses do not include customer or reservation data. Session images are delivered from private Amazon S3 storage through short-lived links.
Tracking and transactions
This version of the website does not use advertising or analytics trackers and does not provide account registration, online booking or checkout. If those features are introduced, we will update this policy before they launch.
Retention, sharing and security
Technical records are retained only as needed for operations, security and legal obligations. AWS and RocketFeast process data only to provide the services described here. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
