Who we are

Dip Onsen runs Dip Ari and Dip Ekkamai in Bangkok. Both venues and this website are operated by Yummi Umami Ltd. ("Dip", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you use diponsen.com, buy a plan, book a session or visit one of our venues.

Our venues run on Rocket Feast, a venue platform. Rocket Feast keeps your account, your plans, bookings and receipts for us. Payments are handled by Beam, a payment provider. By buying a plan you accept these terms.

Your account

You need an account to buy or book online. You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time code we send by text message, or read to you in a phone call. Your Dip account is the same Rocket Feast account you use on our venues' menu app, so it also has Rocket Feast's own General Terms, Member Terms and Privacy Notice, which you agree to when you create it. Those sit alongside these terms.

Please give your real name and an email address you check, and keep your phone number up to date. Don't share your codes or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what is done with it. You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting it removes your login and personal details, and any unused entries can't be recovered afterwards.

Buying plans and prices

The website shows the plans, options and prices currently set in Rocket Feast. Prices are in Thai baht (THB) and include VAT, unless a price is marked as before applicable taxes. The price you pay is the one shown on Review and pay, which is calculated by Rocket Feast when you check out. We may change plans and prices at any time, but a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

New customers sign the house rules and waiver before their first purchase, and add a photo before buying a pack or membership. A purchase is confirmed only when payment is complete and the plan shows as paid. Receipts appear in your account, where you can also have them emailed to you or request a tax invoice for a paid order.

Payment

You pay on Beam's secure hosted payment page, using the methods Beam offers there. Your card details never reach this website or Dip. Beam's own terms apply to the payment. The website never marks an order as paid itself: it shows the result Rocket Feast receives from Beam.

If your payment is still confirming, please don't pay twice. Check your account after a few minutes, or ask our team.

Unpaid orders

An order you haven't paid for is held for 30 minutes. After that it expires and you will need to start a new checkout. If your bank shows a payment for an order that expired or didn't complete, don't pay again: contact us or speak to our team at the front desk, and we will sort it out.

Plan validity, entries and where you can use them

Each plan shows how many entries it includes and how long it is valid. You choose the start date when you buy, and the plan is valid for its stated period from that date. Entries not used by the end date expire.

Each plan shows where it can be used ("Redeemable At"): at a named venue, or at all Dip venues. A plan can only be used at the venues listed. To change the venue option of a plan after you have bought it, ask our team at the front desk.

Packs and memberships are personal to the account holder. Our team matches your photo at check-in, and they can't be shared with or transferred to anyone else.

Refunds and getting help

Plans bought online are non-refundable once paid, and you can't cancel a paid plan online. If something has gone wrong, for example a double payment, a plan that doesn't appear in your account, or a visit we couldn't provide, please contact us at contact@yummiumami.com or speak to our team at either venue. Refunds are made by our team, who will look at each case. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Thai consumer protection law.

Booking and cancelling sessions

Where a session can be booked online, you book it with a plan that the session accepts, and the booking is subject to the spaces available. A booking holds one entry on that plan, and the entry is used when you check in.

You can cancel a booking for free until 2 hours before the session starts, unless the booking screen shows a different cut-off. A cancelled visit stays on your plan as an entry, and you can book it again while the plan is valid. After the cut-off, a booking can't be cancelled online; please contact our team.

Waiver and house rules

Before your first visit you read our house rules and liability waiver and sign them by drawing your signature. You can see what you signed in your profile at any time. The waiver forms part of your agreement with us, and you agree to follow the house rules and our team's instructions at the venue. If we publish a new version, we may ask you to sign it again before your next purchase or visit.

Hot and cold bathing, sauna and steam are not suitable for everyone. Website content is general information and is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or are unsure, please ask your doctor before visiting.

Your photo

A photo is needed for packs and memberships, so our team can match your face at check-in and nobody else can use your entries. Day passes don't need one. Please use a clear, recent, front-facing photo of yourself. Only Dip staff see it, and it is not used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how it is stored.

Conduct at our venues

Please treat other guests and our team with respect, follow the house rules and staff instructions, and don't use our venues under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who breaks the house rules or puts themselves or others at risk.

Liability

You use our facilities at your own risk, as set out in the waiver you signed. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where it is caused by our negligence.

Nothing in these terms or the waiver limits our liability where Thai law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our wilful act or negligence, or for fraud or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you buy a plan apply to that purchase. Changes to the General Terms, Member Terms and Privacy Notice are made by Rocket Feast, and your profile asks you to agree to a new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
