Your Dip account

General Terms, Member Terms and Privacy Notice

Version 2026-04 · Last updated 20 Apr 2026

Your Dip account is also your account in the venue's menu app, and these terms apply to it. Buying a plan is covered by Dip's own Terms & Conditions.

1. General terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1.1 Who’s who

Dip Ari is the business you are ordering from, operated by Yummi Umami Ltd., 46/1 Noble Lite, Ari Soi 1, Phahonyothin 7, Phayathai, 10400, Bangkok. Rocket Feast is the technology that powers the Venue's ordering and payments, operated by Maple Close Limited.

1.2 Orders and payments

Prices are set by the Venue. Whether displayed prices include or exclude taxes and additional charges depends on the Venue and will be indicated at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers — Rocket Feast does not store your payment card details. Refunds are at the Venue's discretion and will be returned via the original payment method where possible, or an alternative method agreed with you.

If you use "order now, pay later", you may be asked to provide your name and phone number to secure your order. This information is used solely to link your orders for payment and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

1.3 Platform availability

Rocket Feast provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

1.4 Limitation of liability

Rocket Feast provides the technology platform only. We are not responsible for the Venue's food, service, pricing, or any actions or omissions by the Venue or its staff. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rocket Feast excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

1.5 Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

1.6 Governing law

Your relationship with the Venue is governed by the laws of the country in which the Venue operates. Disputes relating to the Platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maple Close Limited is registered.

2. Membership terms

By creating an account you agree to these terms, in addition to the General Terms which also apply to you.

2.1 Your account

Your account is personal to you. Do not share OTP codes with others. Your account may work across multiple venues operated by the same business, so your points, history, and preferences carry across. The Venue or Rocket Feast may suspend accounts that are being misused. You may close your account at any time by contacting the Venue or emailing privacy@rocketfeast.com — your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

2.2 Rewards programme

If the Venue operates a rewards programme, you earn points when you spend. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire 12 months after your last transaction unless stated otherwise. The Venue may change programme rules with reasonable notice and may correct balances awarded in error.

3. Privacy Notice

This notice applies to all users of the Platform — whether you place an order as a guest or create a membership account. It explains what personal data is collected, why, and what rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as our global baseline standard.

3.1 Data controller and processor

Yummi Umami Ltd. (operating Dip Ari) is the data controller — they decide what data is collected and why.

Rocket Feast (Maple Close Limited) is the data processor — we store and process your data on the Venue's behalf to operate the Platform.

Platform privacy contact: privacy@rocketfeast.com

3.2 What we collect and why

To perform our contract with you (taking and fulfilling your order, processing payment): your name, order details, and — if you use "order now, pay later" — your phone number.

If you create a membership account (additionally): your phone number for OTP verification, email address, order history, spending, points, membership status, and any waiver signatures where applicable (e.g. admission waivers).

Based on legitimate interest (improving and personalising the service): your favourites, preferences, and any feedback or ratings you provide.

Based on your consent (opt-in only, members only): marketing messages — promotions, offers, and news from the Venue. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your account.

We do not collect location data, biometric data, or payment card numbers.

3.3 Who sees your data

Your data is accessible to Venue staff to serve you and manage your orders. For members, your data may also be visible to other venues operated by the same business so your account works seamlessly across their locations. Your data is never shared with unrelated venues or businesses on the Platform.

Rocket Feast accesses your data solely to operate the Platform. Service providers (payment processing, SMS/OTP, cloud hosting, email) act under data processing agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes. We may disclose data to law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3.4 Where is your data stored

Your data is stored on servers operated by Amazon Web Services. Where data is transferred outside the country in which the Venue operates, we ensure equivalent protections are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

3.5 How long we keep it

Order and transaction data (including guest name and phone if provided) is retained for 10 years after the transaction to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations across the jurisdictions we operate in, after which it is deleted.

Member accounts and profiles are kept until you ask us to delete them — at which point your profile is anonymised immediately, and order records are retained in anonymised form for the 10-year period.

Waiver signatures are retained for 10 years (statute of limitations for liability claims).

Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent, then archived for 3 years as proof of prior consent.

3.6 Your rights

You can access a copy of all data held about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements), receive your data in a portable machine-readable format, withdraw consent for marketing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and restrict processing while a dispute is resolved.

To exercise any right, contact the Venue or email privacy@rocketfeast.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request (for example, by sending an OTP to the phone number associated with your data). We will respond within 30 days.

3.7 Other details

The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only — no third-party advertising trackers. The Platform is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Material changes to this notice will be communicated through the Platform.

3.8 Questions or complaints

Contact Dip Ari directly, or reach Rocket Feast at privacy@rocketfeast.com. If unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
